At This Works, we want you to be completely satisfied with your skincare and wellness purchases. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free return or exchange process within 30 days of receipt.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all safety seals are intact, and secure the prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location. We recommend obtaining a tracking receipt for your records to monitor the return status.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
